Sometimes it happens that Internet Explorer does not open the latest version of a report, excel export or an application. To solve this problem you can:
1. Empty the cache of your browser.
2. Adjusting a setting under Browsing history that indicates whether a page reloads. The default setting is Automatic, Choose the option to work Every time I visit the webpage.
You can find this option via: Internet Options> General> Browsing History Settings/ Temporary Internet files.
