Follow these steps to make sure resources can start submitting Time- and/ or Expense Sheets.
|1. Adding Resources||Yes||
Link to a Department. Set the resource Position. Enter a startdate (and an end data (optional))
|2. Adding Projects||Yes||
Link to (internal) Client, Enter Invoice Information, Department and Project Manager. Also set the resource to approve Time- and Expense Sheets.
|3. Enter Project Activities and Activity Details||Yes||
Every project has to have at least one activity.
|4. Linking Resources to Projecten||Yes||
Authorize the Resources and set the Activities they can submit Time or Expenses on. (Master> Project - Resources)
Follow these steps to save and invoice actual hours:

|7. Approve Time/ Expenses||Approve by Project Manager and/ or Department Manager|
