Follow these steps to set up the Plus edition.
We have already pre-populated your environment with your company data and some examples. In this step you can add or change the data or skip it and move to the next step.
For planning purposes you need to create resources. For resources to submit time sheets you need to create a user for each resource. With the data security option you can limit access to projects and resources.
For invoicing and reporting purposes you need to set up clients. The budget and invoicing types are set on the activities & costs within a project.
You are now ready to start using the planning applications. All resources can set up a link with their favorite calendar system like Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Groupwise and Lotus Notes to view their personal resource planning.
