With this release we are introducing the possibility to email invoices to clients. Next to that we have updated the styling of the features Invoicing, View invoices and Invoice Layout.
- Merge invoice and specification - Option to combine the invoice and the specification in one PDF file.
- Add receipts to the invoice specification - If there are receipts included in the selected expense lines, these receipts will be added to the invoice specification.
- Email one or more invoices from Invoicing and View invoices.
- Email template - Option to choose by which format the invoice will be sent to the client
- You can manage email templates in System settings
