You can find Calendar in the menu Applications. Click here to go to this Application.
With this application you can create and modify resource bookings and requests in a traditional calendar view. Alternatively you can use the Planning Board to drag and drop entries between resources and projects.
- Bookings are displayed in the color of the resource, the project, the activity or the booking
- Bookings with the status Hard are displayed with a lock icon
- Grey bookings originate from the Bank Holidays
- The white area marks the default working time of the selected resource
- An open resource request is indicated with a red frame
Use Views to set-up a list with resources or projects. Depending on your settings you can add, modify and share these views.
1. Scheduling - creating a booking
To create a resource booking select a Resources view and select the relevant resource. Drag the time interval and a detail screen will appear. Use the screen to add the project, activity and other relevant data. For more details check out Resource Booking.
It is also possible to create a booking for multiple resources at the same time by selecting the resources (use Shift or Ctrl on you keyboard).
To create a resource request select a Projects view and select the project. Drag the time interval and the detail screen will appear. Fill the activity and enter other relevant data. Resources can be added by selecting the Resources section in the pop-up screen. For more details check out Resource Request.
Use the day/weeks option on top of the screen to select the period you want to see. Use the date option to navigate to the correct date.
3. Views (filters)
Use views to set-up which resources, projects and entries are displayed. Use the pulldown menu to the right of the screen to selecte an existing view or create a new view. Use of these options can be (de-)activated in User profiles.
Add view/ Edit view
Views can be used for both selection as for filtering of the data. First choose a type (Projects or Resources) and based on the selected type the relevant fields are available.
A view is defined by setting conditions and values in specific fields. The available types, conditions and fields are:

With the option 'share view', the view will be available for sharing in User Profiles (Master Data> User Profiles> User Profile, Access to views).
4. Settings - Colors, labels, notifications
Use settings (bottom right of the screen) to change the color options, which labels are used and to set up notifications.
5. Edit multiple bookings
This option allows you to move or delete multiple entries. Selection can be done for a specific date range for a project.
6. List view
In addition to the graphical display all entries can also be displayed in a list view by clicking the List option.
7. Legend booking details
- Save booking: Save the (modified) booking
- Remove resources: Remove resources from a booking. The booking will become a open request.
- Delete the booking
- Copy the booking

- Send reminder: Send a reminder email to the resources on this booking (set-up templates in
