Use views to set-up for which resources or projects the entries are displayed.
Add view/ Edit view
Use the pulldown menu in the right upper corner to select an existing view or create a new view. The availability of these options can be (de-)activated in User profiles.
Views can be used for both selection as for filtering of the data. First choose a type (Projects or Resources) and based on the selected type the relevant fields are available.
A view is defined by setting conditions and values in specific fields. The available types, conditions and fields are:
|Types||Fields - Type Resource||Fields - Type Project|
|Is a person||Client|
|Is equal to||Active||Department|
|Is not equal to||Department||Legal entity|
|Is less than||Position||Portfolio|
|Is less than/equal to||Legal entity||Status|
|Is greater than||Skill level||Chargeable|
|Note booking||Activity status|
|Booking department||Budget - planned|
|Booking position||Budget - actual|
|Booking skill level 1||Activity name|
|Booking skill level 2||Hard booking|
|Booking skill level 3||Note booking|
|Deleted bookings||Booking location|
|Changed||Planned on resource|
|Show only resources with bookings||Planned on department|
|Booking skill level 1|

With the option 'share view', the view will be available for sharing in User Profiles (Master Data> User Profiles> User Profile, Access to views).
